An existing building was retrofitted to develop this farmhouse into a modern home. Besides reorganizing interior spaces - verandas, a Bar pavilion and a garage block was added along with landscaped gardens. Influenced by the treasure of local stones available in the region, the new verandas flaunt of crafted stone columns. Local stone is also used for stone jambs, copings and in hardscaping details.
