The building was designed to showcase brick detailing in its façade, parapets, and stairwell as desired by the clients. It houses three dwelling units in four floors of development. The top two floors are designed as a duplex unit.
Large balconies wrap around all four sides and allow maximum semi outdoor spaces. Two landscaped gardens, one at ground level and another on the rooftop are designed to enjoy outdoor living and gardening.
