Taj Rawalkot

Built in 1994, a second phase of development took place in 2004 to add a new swimming pool, re-design guest rooms, public areas and a spa.

The building has been constructed in the local Jaisalmer Sandstone and is organised around series of landscaped courts that offer protection against the harsh desert sun. The interiors are colourful to soften the starkness of the surrounding desert landscape.
