Sadhrana Bagh Library

An Integral part of Sadhrana Bagh and embraced by the two beautiful homes on either side (Meda and Bamboo House), this building is a unique example of upcycling materials. Bricks, stone, columns, lintels, brackets, wooden frames and recycled wood which have been sourced from various parts of the state have been creatively absorbed into the building.

The charming double height interior space in the center of this building forms the soul of the library, connecting the ground and first floors and culminating in a steeply slate roof made in timber.
